Job Description
Broad Function and Purpose of Position :
Execute sales strategy and marketing plans/programs according to annual budget and yearly plan. Manage assigned accounts to insure customer satisfaction and to meet sales and profit objectives.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute annual sales plans and goals in accordance with Divisional and Business Unit objectives
- Implement long and short-term strategies to develop a self-sufficient Profit Center with C2 focus
- Conduct and update market and customer surveys; prioritize focus to maximize efficiency
- Represent organization to Engineering, Production, Warranty and other primary functions within the customer’s organization
- Utilize Process Analysis to learn customer needs and to identify opportunities
- Work with functional support personnel to bring solutions to customer needs
- Prepare and present formal and informal presentations and seminars supporting the customer’s requirements
- Achieved assigned sales and distribution goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Prepare and submit reports as required in order communicate projects, activities, and resource requirements, etc.
- Identify and communicate market segments, product ideas, and product technologies through PCP
- Participate and facilitate team functions using PSP skills in broad inter-company disciplines
- Incorporate Core Competencies including problem-solving, elastic bonding, consultative selling, etc.
- Enthusiastically practice the ideas of Sika Spirit, Vision, and Mission
- Forecast monthly sales for each account within acceptable Corporate guidelines on a regular basis
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM customer database
- Submit timely reports detailing activities, trends, competitive analysis, etc.
